Lee Everitt from Trust Rooter plumbing was here in 2 hrs after calling them because both toilets broke.  He fixed 1, but the other one was too old and rusted...we had 1 that worked which was fine because we wanted to get 2 new ones. We got the new ones and a vanity with a new sink. Janeen in the office scheduled prompt installation. Lee came back and installed the new fixtures and did a great job. He was courteous,  knowledgeable and meticulous.  I highly recommend Trust  Rooter for your plumbing needs.

Needed to replace an old leaking kitchen faucet with a new one we purchased at Home Depot.  Called Trust Rooter at 9:15AM and was given a two-hour window appointment of 12 Noon-2PM that day.  The service tech, Raul, soon called and asked if he could come an hour early.  We said "sure"! He was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable.  At the end, he checked to ensure there were no leaks.  He neatly finished the job in under an hour. We asked him a few questions about some upcoming projects we may have, including the replacement of a hot water heater and he took the time to explain the process and what to expect with that job.  He educated us as to how long the swap out would take and how it would be done.  We certainly would ask for Raul to do that replacement when the need arises. We are so happy we have been able to find a new plumbing service to fill the void of recently losing our plumber of many years.  It is rare to quickly feel comfortable with a service provider.  You can certainly Trust Rooter!

Clogged tub. Very clogged.  I tried everything.  I called at 10am. Luis showed up at 11:10.  Amazing time. Amazing employee.  Cleaned everything ( even what he didn’t have to.). Professional and a genuine nice guy. The lady I spoke to on the first call was just as amazing.  I will be using this company ONLY.  Thank you

We woke up this morning to find that our dishwasher overflowed, and our kitchen was flooded. Needless to say it was a stressful Monday morning. The stress faded, once I spoke to Jeneane this morning. Jeneane was informative, kind, and a pleasure to work with - she helped me schedule my same day appointment, and I was able to get a free quote. The technician, Jose arrived within the 2 hour arrival window. Jose came out and fixed our garbage disposal. Before he did anything that would cost us money, he gave us 2 possible quotes based on a best case and worst case scenario. The cost was straightforward and reasonable which I appreciated. Jose educated us on what caused the issue and how to avoid it in the future. He was kind, courteous, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend this company enough. I had to call back after everything was said and done just to thank them again for everything! I will certainly be using them if I run into any plumbing issues in the future.
