I had very pleasant experience with Trust Rooter company. They care a lot about their clients providing an outstanding customer service with very reasonable fees. They were quick, and proactive with excellent communication skills. Their technician Marvin was very  knowledgeable and so professional providing me the best services and friendly advice in no time. I will definitely trust this company to do my repairs in the future and recommend it to anybody who is looking for honest, affordable, and the best service in the town!????

Where do I start? I sent a message via Yelp and received an immediate response. I was able to schedule my appointment for early the next morning. I texted them my address and contact information. I received a text back letting me know my information was received. So far so good! I received a text 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment window to let me know that a plumber was on the way. Service technician Gary McLemore arrived and was welcoming. I immediately felt like I could trust him to locate the issue and repair it. He checked the meter box, turned off the house valve, and performed the normal checks to determine the issue. He noticed the tile business on the other side of my fence and said, "Let me go check over there. I will be back." He came back with pictures taken on his tablet to show me what he found.  The tile company water runoff was pointed towards my property. He said that he advised the tile company of the issue and they promised to correct it. I did not have a leak after all. Whew! That was close. When I asked Gary how much I owe for the service call. He said I didn't owe anything.  I went from being concerned before he arrived to grateful after he left. I recommend this company hands down. You'd be insane to go with another company.

Marvin M showed up promptly.  Made an assessment of the problem and offered a reasonable and cost effective solution to my outside drain blockage issue. Good plumbers are expensive, but Trust Rooter fulfilled all expectations. Note-several other local plumbers refused the job or quoted outrageous amounts for the job.

I called after hours, and they still answered! No leaving a message!  Jeanine patiently listed to me and explained my options. Luis was at my door the next morning to inspect my leaking water heater.  He gave me a clear explanation to the issue and presented a quote to replace it. It was installed the next day.  Luis was on time and very professional. Jeanine provides great customer service!  THANK YOU!

I had called them to inquire about a new water heater & had someone come to my house within an hour to give me a price.The installer, Jose Fuentes, then came to install it on a separate day for us.He was very thorough & courteous as well as being on time for the installation!! He made sure that he cleaned up everything before leaving.There was also great communication from the company to give me reminders about the appointment time. Thank you for the great work & service!!

GREAT COMPANY AND SERVICE!! I called in the early afternoon and they came out the same day. Marvin, my technician was courteous, professional and an absolute asset to the company. The price for the water heater was very fair. The product was professional grade Rheem and installed the next day. All in all an excellent experience. I would recommend Trust Rooter to anyone. Give them a try!

Best service ever received. Marvin was so nice and very professional, explaining and showing me the problem. Highly recommend to anyone. I was referred by a business, so this shows they are great residential and commercial. Do yourself a favor and use them. Very reasonable as well.

Had a water line problem.  Leaving to go out of town and called Trusted Rooter.  Lee Everitt showed up quickly and repaired the faucet.  Mr. Everitt was very professional.  He handled his business and left.  Excellent job.  Thank you!

Manuel Fagil repaired/replaced a faulty leaking main water line in the front yard of my house.  It was a very stressful situation and difficult to know whom to trust; I was very fortunate to find Manuel to do the repairs for me.  Manuel is an exceptional plumber - honest, trustworthy, straightforward, smart, knowledgeable, and serious about his work.  I'll certainly be asking for Manuel to help in all my future plumbing needs.

Manuel Fagil came out to give me an estimate, he explain everything that needed to be done in detail, show his exact prices. I booked an appointment for the next day. He was punctual and moved from toilet rebuild, to exchanging water shut off hoses and valves, to changing an outside spigot efficiently. Then he move to my nightmare the garbage disposal, which had basically come off from the sink. He finish taking it off, there was a small spill, and he very efficiently clean and disinfected the area immediately. Everything works great. Left every area in order and clean. He is so nice and courteous and a great worker. If you have any plumbing issues, and you want an excellent price and excellent job, Manuel and theTrust Rooter team are the people to call. Woke up this morning to find my water heater leaking all over the floor in my walk in closet. I was frantic and called the first company that popped up online that appeared to have good reviews. They had a technician to my house in less than 2 hours. I knew this was going to be a replacement job as my water heater was quite old. Marvin was nothing short of fantastic. He is knowledgeable, personable, informative and friendly. Suffice it to say, I will be calling TrustRooter for ALL of my future plumbing needs and will be requesting Marvin! If I could give 10 stars I would! Don’t hesitate to call these guys if you have plumbing needs. It’s apparent that they care about helping the client!

I needed a new water heater.  I was being quoted astronomical prices and some were doing it over the phone without even looking at problem first off! Marvin and Trust Rooter were amazing!!!  Professional, reliable and very reasonably priced!! 5 huge stars!!!

The company was very accommodating on an early Sunday Morning. They gave me a time frame and when the plumber, Lee Everitt was delayed i got a phone call he was running late, and that impressed me more. I will definitely recommend this Trust Rooter with high recommendation

I own rental properties and have worked with many vendors. Trust Rooter is by far the best plumber I have ever worked with. Our first floor condo rental property had serious water intrusion and Lee appeared very late at night, had to go to the roof of the building where my unit is located, tried to snake the line, but due to the excessive blockage informed me he would need to come back the next morning to hydrojet with a co-worker. Despite him being on site until almost midnight, he was ready, willing and able to come as promised very early the next morning. I have since worked with Janine in their office to organize our additional plumbing needs. Janine is very kind, responsive, prompt and professional as is Lee on his follow up visits. The equipment they use is modern and in great condition. I never realized how obsolete and deteriorated some other plumbing companies equipment is, until I saw Trust Rooter's equipment. They do great work at surprisingly low prices. This is a top notch five star company in every aspect and I plan to use them for all our future plumbing needs.

Jose is truly an asset to this company. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, a true professional! Trust Rooter is a great company, I had tried 2 different companies before i called them. I have finally found a company that i can trust. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know.

Have not had much luck in the past with plumbing companies.  I am so glad I decided to go with Trust Rooter.  Very responsive and quick.  Lee did a fantastic job - was super friendly and respectful. I will definitely call on them again.  Thanks Lee - you're awesome!!

Extremely glad I went with this company. They were rightly highly recommended. Plumber ( Gary) was exactly on time, very pleasant and actually crimped a square drip pan  to fit under a water heater into a strangely angled tiny hall closet. Area was left spotless. Scheduling was a breeze. Janine was wonderful . Excellent company. Thank you

I've used Trust Rooter a few times and have had a great experience. They are prompt to answer the calls, offer same day service, give you a time window and keep you informed if they are late or earlier on their schedule. Their price is competitive though plumbing service seems to be pricey.  I had the opportunity to work with Marvin M twice and with another member of their team. They were both very professional, and cordial, they explained the situation in plain terms and what they were planning on doing to resolve the issue. The company offers warranty on their service and while I haven't used it is good to know they backed up the services they delivered. I will used them again!

Leonardo was so incredible to work with! Our hot water had suddenly stopped working and he came the next day; right from the start he was respectful and very knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and helped explain every step of the process, as a new home owner it was very reassuring to know that our home was in caring hands. Leonardo efficiently fixed the problem and went the extra mile to ensure we wouldn’t have any future issues by sealing our shower faucets. I would highly recommend him to any of friends and can confidently say this is the best professional experience my husband and I have had in South Florida.

I contacted Trust Rooter because it had so many positive reviews on Yelp.  I called they had a plumber (Jose)in my house within 2 hours.  He was very professional and courteous.  He completed the job quickly and cleaned up.  The experience and service was fantastic.  I thought the cost was too much for what the job was, I paid $256 for a clogged shower drain.  I am pretty sure I could’ve found another company to do it for less, but Trust Rooter was fast, easy to deal with and did the job well.  I would get an estimate before hiring…

Trust Rooter Plumbing Company was great. The office staff was very helpful. I was able to get an appointment the same day and then they sent me emails to keep me updated on when and who was coming. Luis came out, checked out several things and then told me I needed a new hot water heater. I was not surprised. He honored my coupon and then set up an appointment to return the next morning. The process was quick and easy. Luis returned the next day as promised and working quickly and neatly. He did not leave until he made sure I was getting hot water all over my house. I have nothing but great things to say about Luis and Trust Rooter.
